  Past 30yrs, 4,000 new KH built 4000/30= 133.33 a year, now down to yrs 2014-16 only 54 or say we can say 2.833 years 54/2.833=19.06 a year a 700% slow down rate and growing faster and faster every year it don't look good. My my my how things have slowed down and how so many no longer go to meetings so that they are planning to significantly reduce the number of KHs while building some new ones here and there to give the impression of growth. Yes pack the significantly reduce and highly inflated numbers into less KHs and give everyone still going an impression of continued growth despite the gruesome truth of the matter.

  To me it is all: denial denial denial a serious sign that the org is in big trouble. And did you notice the winked eye of the first speaker in the very beginning of this report and it is obvious they are reading a report and not speaking impromptu, clearly everything is scripted even the gestures I'm willing to bet, no doubt this was all overseen by GB with many rehearsals and recordings to give many false impressions of continued growth and Jehovah's blessing on the org.

  WTS Rich or Hurting for $$$

  seen a few discussions asking if the wts are hurting for $$ or still sitting on a mountain of gold.. regardless of their child abuse legal fees and ongoing broadcasting for more dough, i believe they have piles and piles of cash.. talked with a diff'd accountant who sat in the accounting dept.

  at the conventions for years.. a football stadium (or the like) costs them about $70 - 90,000 to rent for a 3 day dub show.

  they take in $400,000 in donations from the r&f.

  They got a very bad credit rating in the banking business!

  Openly exposed as frauds all over the world wide web, so I would say asset rich but only temporarily.

  I'm sure with the last big money grab by making the Congregations give them pledges, and taking everything in their accounts except a few month running cost was an indicator that they are in big trouble financially and that they are very desperate. The friends will quite naturally react to this by making less contribution then in the future. It's all down hill from here for them.

  This currant batch of GB seems to be real dense when it comes to running a business profitably. They seem to be full of wishful thinking which is reaching it's nightmare stage real soon as they face an onslaught of lawsuits due to carelessness of past GBs. These guys are just rearranging the chairs on the Titanic before it sinks into the abyss.

  I would not be surprised to see them filing a chapter 7, 11 or 13 bankruptcy in the not too distant future.

  How Detached Are The Governing Body From Members Of the Bethel Family Where They Live?

  the gb simply reassigned them out in the field for after many years of service it seems with out batting an eye with no real severance pay.

  now to me that spells detachment and lack of any real concern for those who served loyally for years.. spain is trying to get some type benefits for the people/citizens in their country who served the wt corporation for years and are no longer of any use to the corporation.

  I was at bethell in the mid 70's when the dropped the 4 year requirement after Knorr's power as president was cut in two by the forming of committees made up of GBs in 74 i believe and I think that was when I first herd of making bethel a career and I got out of their in 76 after only a year in a half at the place, because I could see the big difficulty I would be in if I stayed their for very long and got kicked out for something and had absolutely no money.

  This batch of GB's seems to be the most detached GBs ever, except for perhaps Knorr, I herd all kinds of comment about how he as prez would always do the text and many old timers were glad to see him not doing the mourning worship. He had to be a real prick.

  Anyway that was 40+ years ago.

  Spain is trying to get some type benefits for the people/citizens in their country who served the WT corporation for years and are no longer of any use to the corporation. The WT is doing everything in it power not to fairly give those workers anything that will cost the corporation money bottom line.

  Massive layoffs of workers at headquarters where they are given short notice to pack their bags and leave the premises I think spells out just how much they really care about those close to them as neighbors and friends living in the same building.

  Now they make a showing display of love to the bethel family while they live in their ivory tower aloof from the suffering of those that serve them there at bethel.

  At some point it must become noticeable to those not completely brain dead from eating all that spiritual food at the faithful and discreet's table.

  The F&DS/GB are bottom line company/corporation men whose main concern is financial prosperity of the corporation no matter what or who may stand in the way.

  I'm of the feeling that these guys on the GB are so delusional that they just might by their own vainglorious stupidity sink the whole printing empire by means of idiotic business decisions. It could come in a decade or two.

  I think some splinter groups might form but quickly fizzle out due to lack of interest because of poorly developed sermons and no ridged enforcement of corporation policies. My estimate is in about 40 years all traces of the WT empire will be gone as in they disappear into nothingness.

  not that i was any better(lol - but as i sat back and thought about the time i spent there, and the things i saw i feel disgusted.. i could literally write a thousand stories about the discrimination, favortism and all out dishonest that took place but i doubt anyone would actually care.

  the one thing however that really sticks out in my mind is when i was in a nice room with my roommate that he kind of inherited after his previous roommate left.

  it actually had a bathroom and we both had space for real beds(not those dang trundle beds like we had in standish).. .

  In answer to your question I guess it depends on basically what you mean for the term 'spiritual minded' the idea that this is a mind control cult that has power over the definition of words so that the term 'spiritual minded' carries with it the idea of heavily indoctrinated.

  My idea of spiritual minded is probably different than yours. Since I'm a introspective introvert my idea of spiritually minded would be someone like a Zen monk that spends a good portion of his day gazing inward by meditation to gain/on a quest to permanent enlightenment.

  Well I feel sorry for her in some sense because she is a public figure, and she is definitely brave to be exposing herself like that. I don't think she has been performing for quite some time, she's got lots of money and she married wealth so brave might not be the right word. More or less this might allow more freedom from the paparazzi in time as a person no longer of much public interest and the more privacy that comes with it.

  What a fucking educated moron. Expert on human thinking my ass! If he's an expert on human thinking what the hell is he doing in a printing/religion/charity scam mind control cult?

  Apparently he needs some refresher courses on 'delusional thinking' so he can expertly spot it in the Governing Body who's asses he been kissing to become their highly educated poster boy in their battle with evolutionary science.

  How stupid! If he's a professor some one ought to report him to the university he works at because some one that stupid should not be a college professor. Especially considering all the legal trouble the WT is in these days why would someone in that profession want to become their public advocate?

  Let's forget the GB has publicly put down getting a higher education and this clown still mention his education as if it were a badge of honor, and there he is right on a GB sponsored video,, is this guy completely oblivious to this fact. He may specialize in human thinking but it doesn't seem to be doing him any good.
